Sourced from select parcels of the vineyard, whole-bunch pressed and barrel-fermented with indigenous yeast in 20% new French oak. Malo-lactic fermentation and careful lees stirring build richness and texture. Aromas of citrus blossom, stone fruit, grilled lime and freshly baked pastry lead to a vibrant, finely balanced palate with a long, lingering finish.
