Purchase Terms

When purchasing products on the website you confirm and acknowledge that:

1. You are legally entitled to purchase alcohol and that you can provide sufficient evidence of that entitlement upon request (valid forms of ID include: NZ drivers license, Passport or HANZ 18+ card). This may be prior to delivery or upon delivery of the products.
2. All information supplied to you through our website is true and correct at the time of purchase

Price

Prices quoted on our website are inclusive of GST. You must pay the full price quoted on the website at the time the order is submitted in order for the goods to be shipped.

Prices are given in New Zealand dollars.

Prices and specials available through our vineyard Cellar Door may not necessarily be available online.

The prices on our website are valid at the time the order was placed and may be subject to change for future orders

Damage

Should the items be damaged upon delivery we will replace at no additional cost as soon as we can. Please contact us as soon as you know items are damaged. 

Faults

It is very important to us that you get the correct wine in the best possible condition. If there are any faults or concerns with your wine please let us know as soon as you receive the delivery.

Returns

We do not operate a returns policy for change of mind purchases. If you need further information or assistance with calculating the amount of wine you need to order, please don’t hesitate to contact us on sales@goldieestate.co.nz
