Hand-harvested fruit, whole-bunch pressed and fermented in a 500-litre large-format barrel. Wonderfully expressive aromatics of apricot, tangerine, orange blossom, honey and jasmine. Textural and generously weighted on the palate, with a fine seam of acidity carrying through to a long, satisfying finish.
