Shipping and Returns
We currently only ship to New Zealand addresses. For delivery of wine overseas we recommend contacting NZ Wine Home.

We dispatch wine orders regularly, however please note that couriers are experiencing high volumes at the moment and there may be a small delay. You will receive a notification when the order has been shipped.
Orders will be delivered via courier or hand delivered by the Goldie Estate team, dependent on your delivery address.
We are not responsible for any failure to deliver or delay in delivery caused by any event outside of our reasonable control.
In the event we fail to deliver any products, you may elect to cancel your order in respect only of the products that have not been delivered unless you have agreed to a later delivery date.
We accept returns for wine if you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged order through our online store. In this case, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or we will provide an exchange.
Damage: Should the items be damaged upon delivery we will replace at no additional cost as soon as we can. Please contact us as soon as you know items are damaged.
Faults: It is very important to us that you get the correct wine in the best possible condition. If there are any faults or concerns with your wine please let us know and we will replace any unopened bottles at no additional cost to you.
We do not offer returns for change of mind purchases, so please make your selections carefully.
